We acquired a used device from a customer of ours that no longer needed it. We’d like to use it as a test box but want to be able to monitor it with InControl2. It’s out of warranty we assume and states “already added” when went to set it up in the portal.
Is there a way we can buy a new warranty for this and get it transferred to our account?
