Peplink’s InControl2 team has been alerted to the issue, as others are experiencing the “Service Error (502)” issue as well.

The Peplink team will be working to resolve this ASAP.

Yes same issue. Can’t access any device right now.

Hi Guys, the system is restored, and it should be operational now. We tested across multiple planets.
