Send all traffic to ipsec VPN

Hi every one.
I have a issue with a customer that has a Max HD4 with a ipsec tunnel to a fortigate, all work fine, but the customer wants send all traffic to the ipsec VPN, the same that we can do with speedfusion vpn.
Is there a way for do this with ipsec?

For this scenario define 0.0.0.0/0 as a remote network.
