What is it?
InControl 2 allows you to manage your firmware on selected devices as part of a batch operation. For example, you wish to apply Firmware 7 to certain devices only, in a group within your organization.
How to do it?
Drill down to the Group level of your organization on InControl2. Your location is indicated at the top of the page like so:
Click Settings, then Device Management
Select the devices that you wish to have firmware settings applied to
Then click Actions, and then Firmware… in the drop down menu
Choose your desired firmware versions. For example, apply a specific firmware to selected devices only. Click Save Changes.
