Isn’t it a security hole allowing your network to be accessed from the incontrol2.peplink.com site? Can 2 factor authentication be set up?

You can set up 2FA for IC2, yes.

We have yet to ever have any of our managed customers comprimised when using InControl2, using 2nd Factor authication is not an option, it is a MUST HAVE with all our customers, they are not given the choice.
