I noticed that the SD Switch is listed as offline in Incontroll.
The Balance One Core and AC Mini Wifi are still available and I can see the VoiP phones that are powered by this switch are still online.

Do you still can access the device local Webadmin page ? Can you please download the diagnostic report from the SD switch and send for us to investigate ? (Please open support ticket here)

No I can’t. This is a remote installation and I am relying on inControll.
Might be able to remote into one of the destops during their lunchbreak.
