SD-Switch Console Access

I have 3x PSW24 SD-Switches and can’t seem to console into them via the front console port. I tried to reset the admin password, factory reset, etc… and won’t take my password (default or custom).

We’re working on an out-of-band strategy in case we need to remotely console into our backhaul and UPS/power management via a BR1. Thoughts?
