Customer and User Impact:
During the system migration;
- The user is unable to perform Peplink eSIM Data Plan change (eg. from NA & EU to Global), or the new plan will be delayed to take effect.
- The Peplink eSIM is taking a longer time to establish a data connection if the user is traveling across countries.
Required Customer action:
If possible, avoid making changes to the existing Peplink eSIM Datal Plan during the maintenance window.
