I would like to see schedule reboot added to IC2 for ease of setup and controllability. Currently the only way is to access each device web portal individually then change the URL to access the option.
Scheduled reboot can be enabled on devices from IC2 under the group level ->settings ->Device System Management. There you can choose the frequency, time, and what devices the reboot applies to.

besides having a daily or weekly scheduled reboot - it would be super cool if there was a third option called “One Time”

@MichaelG Add a Daily (or Weekly if you want it to happen over a weekend) at the time you want, then under Device Selection, choose Devices with the following Tags and create a custom tag such as #SingleReboot.
Add that tag to the device you want to reboot overnight and then remove that tag the next day when you check it to make sure its good to go. That will handle your one time reboots you need to schedule it.
