Please could you consider allowing the User Bandwidth Limit to have a schedule applied (as an option).
For instance, where a customer has low connectivity speeds, but needs to have CCTV uploading to a cloud service, it would be useful if this could be restricted during the day time, whilst users are connected, but unrestricted over night.
In the same way that an Outbound Policy can have a schedule applied:-
