S/N not found when adding device to Incontrol2

I am trying to add 2 different new Balance ONE units to my incontrol and I am getting S/N not found for either one. This is an emergency as have one down out in the field.

I have opened ticket 20070651.

Anyone else having a similar issue this morning?
