Routing voip, video calls, and remote session through USB 4G

I have a small office with a Balance 20 running the network. I need to maintain and support the network and local computers from off site. The primary WAN1 is Satellite with a ping latency on about 700ms. This causes issues for video conference and for remote desktop sessions.
I have 4G cell as a secondary ISP in the USB connection.

Question: what settings/rules do I need to set in the router to direct the video calls and remote sessions only through the 4G USB connection?
