Balance One and Balance 20 to firmware 7.1.0
Router Utility 1.4.7 (38)
IOS 9.3.5
We only did 2 units to firmware 7.1.0 before we deploy to the rest of our network.
We’ve noticed that when using the Router Utility app either from iPhone or iPad Mini we are unable to see the IP address of the “WAN CONNECTION STATUS”. It only says “Connected” and there is no side tab when we select the WAN to see IP Address, Default Gateway and MTU.
Just to let you know unless there’s something we can do to solve this. Thank You.
Yes. We note the same thing. See photo. One can see two WANs connected on the B20 but there is no further information. Name of WAN, IP address, etc is missing.
iOS ver 11.2.5
Router Utility ver 1.4.7
B20 FW ver 7.1.0
We’ve halted upgrades to 7.1.0 as the iOS app is very important to us.
Router Utility, with support for 7.1.0 firmware, was already on the way to App Store.
The iOS app will be launched shortly after the apple review process, please stay tuned.
Thanks!

Thank you, Kenny. Got it. Nice revision – works well with 7.1.0. This utility adds value to Peplink products.
Note to others: With the updated Router Utility and OS 7.1.0 in the Client List view one can now see the method of connection (ethernet or wi-fi), SSID and the signal strength of wi-fi connections when using Peplink APs managed by Balance routers. (This had been true for SOHO for some time – not with Balance also.) Great addition!
