Router utility and 6.2.0 RC SF-VPN marked as Offline

Hi!

I think I found a Bug.

With Router Utility 1.3 build 1062 , the version that is on Google Play GA, the status of the SF-VPN is show as offline

This bug is not on the known issues, so I think is a new bug.

I went to Mobile App Development forum and didnt found a new version to test it with.
