Soho router., Electrical outage . No evidence of surge or damage. Router does not work, where “does not work” means 1) (known to be good) cat 6 cable connects (fiber, known to be working) the provider modem to the SOHO WAN port. Also, (known to be good) cat 6 cable connects SOHO LAN port to a (known to be working) switch . From there, multiple (known to be good) CAT 6 cables extend to multiple (known to be working) devices.
Might a reset work? All appropriate lights on on the SOHO both back and front are behaving normally, so it’s just a mystery.
Anyone else experience something like this? How did you resolve it?
