Roaming in Canada with MAX-HD4-LTE-US

I have 2x MAX-HD4-LTE-US all with US sims who are set up for roaming. I am currently in Canada and all my sims are stuck on “Obtaining IP address”. They are showing a signal level, however they dont ever get past this point.
Firmware: 7.0.1 build 2988

Are these units compatible with the local frequency bands?

Obtaining IP can be related to the local service provider doesn’t allowing the data connection.

  1. May i know your service provider name (US) ?
  2. Your SIM card is roaming SIM ? Which service provider allowing in Canada ?
  3. Do the SIM card work fine in your mobile phone ? Any special APN require ?
