[RESOLVED] Issue identified: unable to access web admin from WAN. Corrected config pushed to affected devices

Today (July 16, 2018) we identified a bug in configuring Balance, MAX and Surf SOHO in allowing web admin access from WAN on the Device System Management page. If the Security field was changed to “HTTPS” and Web Admin Access was changed to “LAN/WAN” in InControl 2.7, a small fraction of devices’ web admin may not be accessible from the WAN.

We applied a fix to InControl on the same day at 05:15 GMT+0. A corrected configuration will be applied to the affected devices when they report online to InControl. In their Event Log, you will notice some changes have been applied. The changes do not affect their service availability.
