You are most likely going to need to raise a support ticket for this though we have one option open to you we know works very well.
Another way is to add your FusionHub to InControl2, this will allow you to then reset the password without having to reset the appliance, once you have restore your access you can either keep using InControl2 or remove the appliance from InControl2 and revert back to the current operating model.
