We have a Peplink Balance 20, and have reset it to factory defaults, however; it will not let us browse to the set up page. The default user and password are entered however the page just refreshes with blank user name and password boxes. I am offline now and need to access the router to get back online. Any recommendations?

When I have seen this before it was because of a left over session cookie. Try an incognito window in chrome and/or clear all cookies and try logging in again.
I was working with the tech’s remotely and clearing the history and cookies did not help. I have sent them another router and they will be sending the one we are having problems with back to me. I’ll give it a go again and see if I can get in to it. Thank you.
