Rescue from old InControl

Earlier I messed around with InControl but not seriously. (A Balance 1 Core at my home.) Now I’m wanting to use InControl for a real project and added a new “B One” as a device and that’s all great. Now I had the notion of adding that old Balance Core but it seems to be on the old instance of InControl.

How do I get Peplink to burn that down or release that old Balance Core so I can add it to this real InControl project?

I have possession of this old Balance Core, and everything else, and it is at my residence.

Your old device is likely tied to another email address. try logging out of incontrol and back in with your old email to get access, then remove it from the group so you can add it to the new account.

That’s what I feared. I’m going to have to try and figure out what that old instance of InControl is. Thank you for your reply. Brian
