REQUEST 3: MAC and MORE info IMPORT/EXPORT
I can see there is a DHCP reservation list import, but that only supports 3 columns
In my request, the goal is updating the CLIENT list without assuming they require reservations.
Also this import doesn’t allow any other variables to be imported, but it is a good start.
I would like to be able import a list of MAC ADDRESSES, with TYPE, SUBTYPE, LOCATION, NAMES so I do not have to edit them manually, yet AGAIN.
Because the ROUTER TOOLS have been difficult to manager, I have taken to keeping a MAC/NAME list in EXCEL, so it would be very easy to EXPORT to CSV and import.
If the MAC isn’t found, DON’T UPDATE IT, if the MAC ADDRESS is found, then PUT in the name.
I also should be able to export this to CSV as well.
It’s funny there is a IMPORT/EXPORT USERS, but not a IMPORT/EXPORT devices.
