Replace router which is in drop in mode

Hi,

If the pep link is configured in drop -in mode

the firewall will show arp table like below
1.1.1.1 00-50-56-C0-00-08

Now If I want to replace the R1 , ip and configuration will remain same , is there any procedure

what if the firewall does not learn the new mac address
