Repairing a MAX HD4 MBX device in Consloe

My MAX HD4 MBX device is currently inaccessible via its web management interface after being configured with a static IP address on my computer. The device is quite old, and the label on the back is worn. Using Consloe, it indicates that the device has two firmware versions, 8.5.1 and 8.5.2. Due to a change in personnel roles within the company, the login passwords for both have been forgotten. How can I restore the device to working order? Also, after pressing RESET while the device is powered off and then powered on, the device’s status light remains constantly red. The logs from the Consloe interface show that the status light goes completely off after entering the system. I’ve also used factory reset to reset the username and password, but after restarting the system, I still cannot log in using the username/password “admin/admin”. Are there any other ways to repair the system or flash the firmware? Thank you.
