Removing devices from incontrol after company bankrupt/buyout

Peplink should look at some process to allow their trusted resellers to work with customer in getting products moved over from an older companies incontrol to the new company system.

We have had a couple of times where the company that bought out one company could not free up the Mini’s from a prior instance of incontrol. They might have continued to use the peplink product but instead they decided to replace them with Sierra. Instead of getting the opportunity to expand the customer base the new company went with a platform they could manage

In the Oil and Gas industry, there is always a lot of one company buying another.

Peplink should consider having some trusted reseller or allowing people they trust to vouch for, submit proof, authorize… transfer

We have been working with peplink for almost 8 years - at this stage we have to have some trust level established where we can be viewed as doing what is best for both the customer and peplink.

The ZERO tolerance stance when dealing with incontrol and removal from a dead company, abandoned incontrol application, or from an instance where it was set up by a worker who is no longer there- seems short sighted.
