We are using Remote Web Admin to log into a Balance 20 router. We have 3 users set in Incontrol all have organization administrator rights. When logging into one of the Balance 20 routers it shows as read only mode for 2 of the users.
The other routers we have in Incontrol all 3 users can log in as administrators to the routers. Is there something we are missing?
