Remote Web Admin Connection Timeout

Issue: Not able to remote web admin access from cloud hosted InControl. Router is showing online and traffic is being reported, but I receive a connection timeout when trying to access. I can run diagnostics (ping, trace route) from the router via InControl.

Firmware: 7.1.2 build 4094

ISP: AT&T DSL Modem in Bridge Mode
