What automated account management possibilities are there for Remote User Access?

I setup a BR1 Mini with SpeedFusion connection to several remote Pepwaves. 3rd party users can use OpenVPN Remote User Access to connect to the BR1Mini and then on to the remote Pepwaves.

Can I setup automatic cycling of the passwords so that 3rd parties lose access unless I share the new password? If not what account management automation can I put in place to ensure 3rd parties lose access without me manually changing their password / removing the account?

I think the only password automation that exists at the moment is if you were to use a Radius server.
