Remote Adnministration Balance Router

Hi,

We have just ordered some balance routers (BPL-310, BPL-380, BPL-580)
to be used with FusionHub. And some of these routers will be deployed in branches where there is no IT staff.

I was looking at inControl description page and it is not clear that these devices are able to be managed with inControl.
In case it doesn’t work, what is the best way to remote admin the routers?

Hi Ben,

All these devices supported by InControl2. You should able to manage these routers remotely with recommendation below.

  1. Please ensure you register the Balance routers into InControl2.

  2. Ensure WAN connection method is correct and uses default settings for the rest of the features.
