Remote access set up and can only browse to the router

Hi Folks

Have a problem accessing browsers to different devices ( unable to ping them )

VPNing ( Remote access via Peplink soho router )
RDP into my desktop Windows 11 pro onsite and I can connect to the switches fine
Peplink router able to use my home win 10 pro and connect via the vpn l2tp
2 local switches unable to ping nor connect via browser
Isolated down to the router I believe as I shut off and removed any and malware Anti virus software on the pc ( Clean with no blocking )
There are 12 other devices that I can browse to all on the very same 10.10.10.1 network
The TP Link switches are set for https with certs but I had http access working and that stopped as well
Unable to publish private IP Addresses

Scenario
say one subnet : 10.10.10.1
Say another subnet 10.10.11.1
My vpn connection is in the 10.10.11.1 subnet ( grabs a 10.10.11.47 address )
My devices are on the 10.10.10.1 subnet
Can’t ping nor connect to 2 local switches ( 10.10.10.19 and 10.10.10.20 ) but I can if I use my remote RDP pc and connect
Check all my anti virus , shut off and also removed still no
what I found strange is from the 10.10.11.1 subnet I did a tracert but it could not find the 10.10.10.1 subnet ( Intervlan enabled )
But the Peplink router is on the 10.10.10.1 subnet and I can connect to the router using chrome on my remote win 10 pro ( NOT RDP )

I made sure intervlan routing was enabled on the 10.10.11.1 subnet also as it is on the 10.10.10.1 subnet as well

I started setting up multi vlans for security but cannot fix this issue and want it resolved first

Thx

Regards
