Remote Access - how to routing Vlan user to LAN

Hi,
I need to setup the Remote access (L2tp) with a different IP. I tried to use Vlan for that but the users connect through it cannot access LAN resorces, like servers and printers.
Could you help me?

Hi! I have created a L2TP VPN connection to a Balance One and was able to access LAN resources, including printers.

Is it possible that the VLAN you created is isolated from the LAN with the resources? Have you enabled Inter-VLAN routing in the VPN VLAN?
