Which option is best suited for Cellular Internet connectivity? Peplink Max Adapter, or Max BR1? I’m trying to connect via WiFi components of our boat that needs reliable internet. Currently utilizing wifi extender and TP-Link router to gain access. Wifi at the marina is to unreliable and I’m looking to connect via Cellular.
starlink may be your best bet. i have max br1 pro with starlink, wifi wan to marina, cellular, and even can use the other wifi wan to another cellular. br1 pro is in a poynting case mounted outside. shop the cellular plans first, check cellular signal, and do some bandwidth tests before committing. at my marina cell signal is low and even though it connects some times its 300-500kbps during peak time, yes 3-500 kbps.
