Couple of Q’s…

On the real-time graph I see 3 lines, upload, download and a third line at the bottom which appears to be grey but is not listed in the graph legend (at least in the firmware version I’m using)… can someone tell me what this 3rd line represents (lost packets?).

I’m trying to do some verification of our Internet service provider to be sure they are living up to the service level agreement they signed with us. We have a CIR (commited informaiton rate) of 4600 kbit/sec. From my understanding generally network overhead is not included in the information rate so should the real time graph be showing something above 4600 kbit/sec… I guess I’m looking for an explanation if someone would be kind enough to help me out so I can attempt to understand this. I know this is user forum but I would greatly appreciate if someone from Peplink could chime in on this.
