UPDATE - after more testing this weekend, it appears the issue isn’t the PepLink, but a lack of understanding on our part on properly configuring the load-balancing. Once we configured the Comcast link as only a backup/failover, our performance improved. While that circuit performs well for some functions, it is poor at others and there is the overall randomness of performance (especially with VOIP).
We also updated the PepLink to the 5.4.7 firmware - though that made no difference, until moving the Comcast to backup.
If anyone has suggestion for customized rules when using a Cable connection, please pass them along.
