Quicker connection to backup WAN - WAN Standby State?

When my network fails, I have a much slower connection that serve as my backup. I don’t run them together in load balancing because I don’t want any connections to suffer the speed on the second WAN. I noticed in the manual that cellular connections have the option for standby state, where you can select the connection to always be connected even though it serves as a backup (hot standby?). Where is this for WAN?

Ultimately, I want an very quick connection to the backup WAN. Currently it takes maybe 30 seconds, but the 30 seconds can be very detrimental to business. Any other ideas perhaps on how to speed up the process?

Thanks!

I figured this out. I just has to make some load balancing rules in the outbound settings. Works like a charm!
