Can a .conf file from a Surf SOHO HW3 be imported/restored to a Balance 20x?

Not directly, but my understanding is that partners have a conversion utility that might be able to convert between different product lines. I asked my partner to convert a conf from balance 20 to max transit and they said the tool didn’t support that. Best of luck, I hope the tool does your conversion.

Peplink has a lot of different hardware platforms so the conversion tool generally only works when upgrading to a new hardware rev of the same model that is using the same CPU.

TBH, you are better off rebuilding your config manually even though it takes some time.

Sadly, no, Michael. Actually, it seems that there is no means to do most of the conversions we want to do.
