QoS settings on Balance 20

Hi,

I am looking for instructions on setting up QoS for Voip users on my Balance 20. The product guide indicates that QoS is included but I can’t find it.

The QoS settings in on “Network > QoS > Applications”. Please make sure you are using newer firmware such as 5.3.12.
