We have Talkdesk support blaming the Peplink and the two things they offer are not supported by the Peplink:

  • prioritize traffic TO the Talkdesk server IPs
  • setup DSCP tagging on the windows machines running their application and then configure the Peplink to prioritize certain DSCP tags/classes

You can do WAN level prioritization by destination, but not application level QOS by destination. In these situations I tend to use outbound policies and SpeedFusion to enable prioritization of a traffic type by destination.
You can prioritize DSCP tagged Application traffic.
