You can certainly setup a QoS application for RDP. Essentially all RDP traffic that hits the balance it will be prioritized over other traffic.
When you say “authorize” some users. Is there a internal server that is behind the balance that you only want certain remote users to have access to?
i did mean by authorise 'allow users from internal using their workstation client to access to external serverl ( in other site))
