Hello Peplink team !!
For a big deployment project, we need to be able to put two separate VLAN in Q-in-Q on an ethernet WAN (IEEE 802.1ad).
Do you plan to implement this feature in a close future ?
Thank you in advance.

I can only confirm this is needed for deployment in France. Peplink team, ze baguette needs you
Are you asking for peplink to support Q-in-Q in the peplink firmware or are you wanting to send Q-in-Q between 2 devices over the speedfusion tunnel.
If the later then you can do this over speedfusion l2 if using the default lan on both ends as it will let you send any vlan over the network. There is a big caveat though in that not all of the network drivers/hardware in the peplink range can support this.
I was involved in a project in 2020 where we were doing this with Juniper on each end of a L2 speedfusion tunnel and it was passing Q-in-Q traffic fine between the devices. That was using a 580x on each end of the tunnel though. Several of the Br models couldn’t
be used for this as the Lan interface had a hardware/driver issue which stripped off the outer tag before it got to the tunnel interface.
@Eddy_Yeung is there a list of current devices which can (unofficially) pass Q-in-Q traffic and those which can’t? I know there was a list back then.
No, I’m asking for an ETHERNET WAN Feature supporting Q-in-Q tagging (generating traffic with two encapsulated VLANS)
