we had our web server published in drop-in mode, but when we change it to nat we cannot reach it, the server is behind a firewall. Can anyone help me pls

That is because your router uses ports 80 & 443 for the web interface. Change the ports used for that in system settings and you will then be able to port forward those ports to your server.
