Public IP to Firewall

Last time use to be using drop in for WAN

means there is

modem > router > peplink > firewall

the configuration will be

Pulic IP 10.10.1.x

Gateway 10.10.1.1
Router 10.10.1.2
Peplink 10.10.1.3
Firewall 10.10.1.4

due to router is old and peplink has the PPPOE feature

so now is

modem > peplink > firewall

10.10.1.1 Public IP Gateway
10.10.1.2 Peplink PPPOE
10.10.1.3 Peplink LAN
10.10.1.4 Firewall

now i’m unable to access to Firewall directly using public ip but previously was working fine.

traceroute to 10.10.1.4 stop at 10.10.1.2

any idea?
