Public IP allocation on Max BR Pro

I have public IPs assigned by my ISP and need to assign one of them to a Meraki MX on the LAN. I have added the IPs in the Additional Public IP Settings but can’t seem to find where I assign them to the MX. Ideally I’d like to be able to manually configure one of the Public IPs on the MX but it won’t connect when I do.

If any one knows please help.
