Proper Configuration for SFC and WAN OpenVPN across Starlink, 5G, and LTE WANs

Hi all,
Looking for configuration assistance/suggestions to improve the quality and experience of my home setup. I am would not be surprised if I mis-configured my B One resulting in the “issues” below.

Hardware:
1 - B One (8.5.1 build 5714)
1 - Netgear MR5200 5G
1 - Netgear LBR20 4G (Wi-Fi WAN 5Ghz)
1 - Starlink Gen 3 Standard
Unrelated hardware:
1 - Rugged SD Switch (8-Port)
5 - AP-One-AX
1 - AP-One-Lite

Background:
The B One has been great (other than recent RMA for firmware corruption), vast improvement over previous Balance One and Balance 20s. I recently moved to a location that has decent 5G/4G signal I also have Starlink, but with a noticeable obstruction.

The 5G and 4G signal is strong, but page loads and streaming are delayed/slow. If I create an OpenVPN profile for the 5G and 4G WAN connections in the B One advanced settings, the slow/delayed page loads and streaming issues disappear.

The Starlink bandwidth is my area is saturated due to a significant number of users. My Starlink is partially obstructed, with a 20 second obstruction outage every 3 or so hours.

The B One is configured with SFC, OpenVPN profiles for the 5G and 4G connection (explained above), and an “Auto” outbound policy.

Question/Issue:
When my family is streaming/downloading with the OpenVPN WAN profiles enabled, the B One only seems to be sending traffic over one WAN connection at a time. If I disable the OpenVPN WAN profile, traffic is routed across all three WAN connections but I experience the delayed page loads/streaming. Is there a better configuration to have the 5G/4G WAN connections configured in VPN but allow the B One to “balance” traffic over all three WAN connections like the WAN VPN profiles were disabled?

I’ve attached a few screenshots of the config and usage reports with WAN VPN profiles enabled and disabled.

Thanks in advance.
