Problems connecting to 3G

Hi,

We are using the Max HD2 to aggregate bandwidth on ships and are having a bit of trouble with the buildt in modem.
It seems that after a while of connecting and disconnecting fine it gets to a state where it is unable to make a connection to the network even though I know it must have a good signal. If I then power cycle the Max it connects immediately just fine.

Is this a known fault?

Is there a way to get signal strength either via CLI command or SNMP?

Ok. I will do that tomorrow morning. I don’t have access to the device from here, so I don’t have the serial number.
