when trying to connect the message “trying to connect” appears, after that it finishes loading and the administration of the computer does not appear.
I just did a quick check. It seems outgoing TCP port 443 from the device to *.peplink.com is unroutable, blocked or intercepted. If you try to “nc” or “telnet” ra2-1.peplink.com, you should normally see an SSH greeting message like this:
$ telnet ra2-1.peplink.com 443
Trying 54.148.216.73...
Connected to ra2-1.peplink.com.
Escape character is '^]'.
SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_7.6p1 Ubuntu-4ubuntu0.3
But probably you don’t in your case.
