Problem with vpn Peplink Balance 580

I have a problem with the VPN with the new firmware 7.0. It doesn’t want to work either with my iPhone with the last os or with my Mac 10.12.3. Is there any requirement for the user name , password and pre share key to respect.
Do you change something with the other firmware, before I had no problem except is was not working on my Mac.

I try to use L2TP with Ipsec, I have the same problem with PPTP.
Do you have a solution with a software, or should I wait for a upgrade
