I had a problem with my virtual machine so I had to reinstall the VM. When I put my licence key, it’s said the licence is use. Could you help me about this problem.

You need to release the license key in InControl to be able to reapply it to the new VM. Go to the organisation license page and you’ll see your license listed there along with the release button.
