Hi guys, I have a problem in a PePLink Balance 580, he calls, gives 1 beep and the display is only lit, but without any information. I’ve tried off and on, and the worst that I have no access to configuration page. Does anyone know how I can solve?

Look like this is related to hardware issue. RMA is needed. Ensure this unit was under warranty and open ticket for us to follow up.
