Problem of Arp Spoofing (Netcut)

I´m suffering against netcut usage (Arp Spoofing Attacks) in my LAN.
I use Peplink Balance 310.
Is theire any way to solve this problem ?

Tricky. What sort of LAN? How many devices? Are they under your control (ie an enterprise environment) or is this public Wifi / internet access?

Not much you can do apart from reduce the size of your L2/Broadcast domains and run a PC with Netcut in defensive mode to work out which device is running the attacks so you can go and ‘reeducate’ them.

What about using Vlan?

Yes. That’s what I meant by ‘reduce the size of your L2/Broadcast domains’. Arp spoofing only works on layer 2, so if you chop your network up into VLANS you will isolate the trouble makers and their victims into smaller groups.
