Problem in peplink balance310

I have a blp310 Peplink and have a problem . the status LED is still red since the team was lit and does not change to green, according to the manual says this in booting up or busy per leave more than an hour and does not change to green and also can not access the address 1. 192.168.1.1 LAN port can someone please help me?

I would recommend factory resetting the device via the pin reset button (hold in for approximately 10-15 seconds while powered on). If this does not fix the issue, please open a ticket and one of our technical team members will be able to take a closer look.
